SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS :



*HONG KONG
* All items will be shipped by S.F Express(cash on delivery)in local areas.


*MACAU, TAIWAN, MAINLAND AND OVERSEA:

- All items will be shipped by S.F Express worldwide. 
- Please kindly confirm and input all correct information in the related area. 
- The related shipment fee will be shown automatically through our website system. 
- For further enquiries on shipping locations, please kindly contact contact@triplet.world

for assistance. 

*For TAIWAN and MAINLAND customers, please kindly provide your ID for shipping procedure.

*All taxes would be paid by customers.

*Once the order has been sent out, we will provide a related tracking number to the customer via email. 

*We will not be liable for all product damage or loss during shipping.

Our orders are fulfilled on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and customers will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order.

 


PARCEL TRACKING


As soon as we start shipping your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and tracking number. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You are able to track your order through the SF express or Hong Kong post office official website.


IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES


Please note the prices on Triplet Limited do not include local sales taxes . If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and custom duties upon delivery. Triplet Limited does not compensate these charges.

FEE PAYMENT METHOD


Once the parcel has entered the destination market it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs. 


BANK FEE


Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments.

Triplet Limited does not compensate these charges.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@triplet.world.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase fothe new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
